IT Consulting and Software Development

I am a freelance software developer with a professional background in research and technology transfer, located in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, Germany. My main areas of expertise are the analysis, maintenance and ongoing development of business information systems in a variety of programming languages (Perl, Java, PHP, VBA, C/C++). Of course, I also offer development of new software using the above mentioned languages and associated technologies. I consider myself expert with UNIX systems, relational databases, requirements engineering and configuration management processes.
